General Funding Assistance to

Mexican Nonprofits

Because many items necessary to running an A.C. for Equine Assisted Services (EAS) are not readily available in many parts of Mexico and therefore must be purchased in the United States of America, we believe our assistance is warranted.

General assistance can be any, but is not limited to, the following if appropriate documentation is provided: Assistance with purchasing or receiving equipment necessary to your equine assisted service, salaries* for your instructors, trainers, directors of operations, web expenses, building projects, essential items that cannot be purchased in Mexico but are necessary for EAS programs.

*Salaries can only be provided if the A.C. is NOT paying the individual for said service.

The following is a list of requirements to receive funds for your Mexican nonprofit from Horses In Baja: Equine Assisted Services, Inc.

  1. you must be an Asociación Civil  (A.C.) in Mexico for at least one year.
  2. you must be designated specifically to provide equine-assisted services to any of the following: individuals with physical, mental, or psychological disabilities, emotional impairment, PTSD, stroke rehabilitation, or suffering from any form of dementia (and their care partners.)
